    MANGO-BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

    in RISE AND SHINE

    This smoothie bowl is so delicious! It can easily replace a dessert.


    Servings: 2


    SMOOTHIE BASE:

    - 2 bananas

    - 1 cup frozen or fresh mango

    - 3-4 pitted dates

    - 1tbs flax meal

    - 1tbs shredded coconut

    - handful soaked cashews

    - chia seeds

    - 1 cup water (or more, depending on preferred consistency)


    TOPPING:

    banana, coconut flakes, chia seeds, pomegranate
